FAQ

How do I restore purchases?

Purchases are restored automatically on sign-in, or via the Restore purchases option in the Profile menu.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Manage via your App Store or Google Play account subscriptions menu. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions.

My progress does not sync between devices

Ensure you are signed in with the same account and are connected to the internet. Synced progress requires a subscription or purchased collections.

Audio or voices do not work

Verify volume, internet connection, and that necessary TTS voices are installed in system settings.
